Do i have to sleep with a night cap if i have dreads?

Turning away from a pile of paper work Dr Edd Says.....
Sleeping with dreadlocks can become less comfortable as your dreads begin to mature, personaly i have to sleep on a really soft pillow so that my locks dont bother me! When locks are fully mature they feel like rope and as you can imagen rope isnt particualry comfortable to sleep on, however there are soloution to this.

Like i mentioned i find the best thing to do is just sleep on a really big soft pillow! If this isnt at all possible and the pillow is hard i find the best thing that can be done is to pull your dreads up above your head and put your face back down on the pillow! Some people with reall long locks slepp with tights on their heads! They use them like giant socks for their dreads (a bit like marge simpsons night cap:-p), you simply stick your locks down one of the legs and this will help keep them out of the way and make sleeping a little more comfortable. The last option which you have is to wear a tam! This is good for sevral reasons, first off it makes your dreads act like a coushion when they maybe non available and it helps to tighteen your locks and keep them frizz free!
