How
long do dreads take to grow?
Turning away from a pile
of paper work Dr Edd Says.....
In the first year
your locks will not grow, they will shrink as they tighten! By the second
year they will start getting a little length to them and by the third year
they will grow more in this year then they did in the first two together!
When dreads are fully established they grow pretty fast, at about 1/3 of
the rate that normal hair grows so you can expect to get about 2-3 inches
of growth every year.
